These Legal Terms are a binding agreement between you and gtm.inc concerning your access to and use of GTM (gtm.inc) and related products. The service is in alpha and provided without a formal SLA. You must be 18 or older to use it.
gtm.inc operates gtm.inc and related products. By accessing the Services you agree to these terms. Features may change during alpha.
gtm.inc owns all service IP and content, and grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal or internal business use only.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. We retain transmitted data, but you are responsible for your own backups.
Card processing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically; we give at least 30 days notice of any material price change. Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind.
Prohibited conduct includes automated scraping, fraud, circumventing security, reverse engineering, and directly competing activities.
Service is continuous and cancellable at any time. On termination, account data is deleted within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain.
The laws of England & Wales apply. The parties will attempt 30 days of informal negotiation before binding arbitration in London.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. Liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the prior month. Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control (force majeure); 30+ days of impairment permits termination.
Due to the non-deterministic nature of LLMs, we cannot guarantee identical results across runs. Readiness scores are deterministic given the same evidence, but generated findings may vary.
